This is how I work. There were very few highlights of the COVID era; nothing much to be thankful for ... apart from video conferencing!

Now I conduct all my business on line with a video conference for prospects and clients - it has universal appeal because it's quick, easy and can be performed for an incredibly low cost.

Not only is it convenient for me, but for everyone who now uses it. It saves travel costs, makes it easier for remote workers, improves productivity, connects people around the globe, enhances communication effectiveness by adding video and, is a sector worth £6+bn (global).

And the convenience of being able to make planned and ad hoc calls helps enormously in situations where conditions are changing and evolving at a pace.
