TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Transparency
Keeping everything open and honest from the start.
2. Written brief
I will share a written brief that details your project and what I have agreed to do for you - what it includes and what it excludes.
3. Delivery
The brief will also define the date the project must be delivered by.
4. Costs
The brief will also detail the project cost or rate and any budget limits we have agreed.
5. Payment
I will set out your payment terms which, unless otherwise agreed in writing will be payment in full 7 days from date of invoice, by direct credit transfer to my bank.
6. Ownership
You will not own any of the material I produce until you have paid for it. Should for any reason you fail to make payment in full, you may not use the material.
